Terms of Service

Paaseki sells one-time SEO audits. For $299, you receive a strategic audit of one website, delivered within 24 hours of payment. The audit includes a written report, a list of specific findings, and a recommended action plan.

The audit is delivered electronically through your Paaseki account. We do not provide implementation services unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Paaseki.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment through Stripe.

If you're not satisfied with your audit, email support@paaseki.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'd rather give your money back than have an unhappy customer.

After 7 days, audits are non-refundable.

You may only order audits for websites you own or have explicit written permission to audit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for sites where ownership is unclear, where the site appears to be infringing, illegal, or harmful, or where the audit would violate any applicable law.

If we cancel an order for these reasons, we'll refund you in full.

We use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Paaseki, you agree to that policy.

You retain all rights to your website content. We only use it to produce your audit.

The audit we produce for you is yours. You can share it, print it, give it to your developer, post excerpts on social media — whatever you want. We just ask that you don't republish it wholesale as your own work.

SEO involves Google's algorithms, which change frequently and are outside our control. We do not promise specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes from following our recommendations.

We provide our best professional analysis. Results depend on how you implement the recommendations, your competitive market, and many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Paaseki and HLK Holdings LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We're an early-stage product and we improve it constantly. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you paid for, we'll refund you on request.

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@paaseki.com.

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or for any reason at our discretion. If we close your account without cause and you have an active order, we'll refund you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
